Context and Objectives

Université Paris Dauphine has initiated a restructuring project for its main campus, scheduled for completion around 2035. Some uncertainty remains regarding the funding capacity for the project's final phases. The university’s real estate department therefore needs to anticipate and consolidate its budget planning based on various alternative scenarios regarding the full or partial execution of the planned works.
