Strategic asset management tool

The assignment aims to industrialise long-term planning methods for the asset renewal of métro and RER network infrastructure.

It also aims to equip GDI with all the tools required to produce the technical and financial projections associated with equipment renewal needs.

The approach rests on:

• mesoscopic modelling of network infrastructure;
• modelling workshops run with the GDI teams;
• implementation of the Eqylibr® Scenario® simulation platform developed by IMDM.
