Some answers to your questions.

How is Eqylibr® invoiced? chevron up chevron down

The Eqylibr® software is available as an annual subscription invoiced once a year at the beginning of the usage period.

Is the subscription automatically extended? chevron up chevron down

No, the subscription is not automatically extended. One month before the end of the subscription you will be contacted by our sales department.

Where are the data used by Eqylibr® hosted? chevron up chevron down

The data is hosted on servers located in Switzerland and managed by a partner of IMDM. This partner is a recognized company in the field of hosting and data security, with all the necessary certifications. Upon request, it is also possible to host your data on secure servers located in your country.

Is it possible to install Eqylibr® on our own servers? chevron up chevron down

Yes, it is possible to deploy Eqylibr® on your own servers, provided that they have the necessary technologies to run the platform. In such a case, the provision of Eqylibr® will be subject to a specific contract.

What are the rules applicable to data protection? chevron up chevron down

Eqylibr® does not store any personal data.

How many assets can be modelled in Eqylibr®? chevron up chevron down

There is no limit to the number of assets that can be modelled. Note that the larger the portfolio, the longer the calculation time. The largest networks we have modelled in Eqylibr® include over 300,000 assets.

How is it possible to take into account the condition of assets? chevron up chevron down

There are several ways to model and represent assets condition in Eqylibr®. For example, it is possible to define a condition scale and to qualify the assets in relation to this scale. Thus, the simulator will take into account the state of the assets to determine the renewal date.

How does risk-based prioritisation work? chevron up chevron down

Eqylibr® allows you to define a criticality scale that combines the evolution of the condition of an asset and its importance on the network. The simulator then prioritises investments in relation to the criticality score corresponding to each asset. Of course, it is possible to carry out simple simulations without going into this level of complexity.

Does Eqylibr® allow for reporting on the condition of the network? chevron up chevron down

Eqylibr® results can be used to document network condition reports. But above all, the platform makes it possible to simulate the evolution of the conditon of the network over the medium and long term. It is thus possible to imagine what the network condition report will become in future years, based on budget scenarios.

What types of assets can be modelled? chevron up chevron down

Eqylibr® can be used to model all kinds of asset families, from ponctual to linear assets. It is also possible to model systemic links between assets.

Is it possible to import an inventory? chevron up chevron down

Yes, Eqylibr® offers functions for importing and exporting the inventory via standard files such as Excel®.

Is it possible to export results from Eqylibr®? chevron up chevron down

Yes, all graphs produced by Eqylibr® can be exported in image format or in Excel® format. Eqylibr® also offers the possibility of exporting raw simulation results, which makes it possible to carry out all sorts of calculations afterwards.

What is the Eqylibr® software solution? chevron up chevron down

Eqylibr® is a SaaS solution that does not require installation on your own machine.

Does Eqylibr® interface with ERP tools? chevron up chevron down

Eqylibr® allows an exchange of data with your pre-existing tools and databases. This exchange takes place through import and export functions. It is possible to create automated gateways, our IT subsidiary will be happy to inform you about this.

Who develops Eqylibr®? chevron up chevron down

IMDM SA has its own IT subsidiary and a business team dedicated to the Eqylibr® platform. The simulator was developed by specialists in operational research and optimisation problem solving.
