Objectives
Bordeaux Métropole, as the delegating authority, wishes to have a medium- and long-term vision of the renewal needs of its tramway network (infrastructure and rolling stock) in order to better manage the delegation contracting process.
Results
Creation of an inventory of assets (infrastructure and rolling stock), modelling of asset policies, estimation of medium- and long-term maintenance and renewal requirements, and estimation of financial impacts.
