A 4,700 km rail network managed by SNCF Réseau's Ile-de-France Division, an extremely dense network divided into 5 routes, each linked to a major Parisian station.
Objectives
Continuous improvement of asset management as part of a process of taking a second look at infrastructure management and strengthening asset planning for the SNCF Ile-de-France network.
Results
An infrastructure management plan defining optimised lifecycle strategies, nominal infrastructure renewal and modernisation requirements and a target multiannual programme incorporating industrial capacity (capacity to be built) and a budget ceiling in line with current trajectories.
